Cancellations
We need to know 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment. Because we schedule our doctors and office staff around the appointments we will have to charge you $40.00 if you don’t inform us. This charge is not billable to your insurance company so please try to avoid it!

Fees and Insurance
We participate in most insurance companies including, Medicare, Blue Shield, Keystone, Aetna, Cigna, Devon, PHCS, Railroad Medicare, United Healthcare as well as Medical Assistance and Keystone Mercy.
It’s best to check with your individual insurance plan to find out if we are a provider for your network. You can usually call the number on your card to verify this information.
If your insurance requires a referral, please present it at the time of service. Although we would like to cut through this red tape, your insurance requires that you bring the referral with you.
Co-pays (the amount of money you are responsible for) are due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, personal checks, Master Card and Visa and debit cards for payment. Please remember to bring your insurance cards with you.
If you have any questions regarding our fees or any billing matter, please call our billing department at 610.384.2546.

Prescription Refills
Refills should be done at the time of your office visit.
You can call the office to request a refill. Please have the following information ready when calling: the name of your medication, dosage and amount taken, the pharmacy name and their phone number. Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be called to your pharmacy (though we will certainly try to do it as soon as possible). Our physicians are in multiple offices and they are not always available to renew prescriptions. It’s best to call the office at least one week prior to your prescription running out. Also, for your safety, you may be required to make an appointment before a refill can be given.
Please confirm that your pharmacy has your prescription ready before you travel there.
